Our delivery service is fast and reliable . Providing we have your item(s) in stock, our orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours and delivery services are selected according to the destination of your shipment, as well as the type of product(s) being shipped.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday only. We use National Post Service for parcels less then 2 kg and Express Parcel Serves by www.cttexpresso.pt or by www.gls-group.eu for larger parcels.
The cost of shipment will be listed in your Shopping Cart and will be added to the total cost of your order on the Checkout screen.
The total amount will be charged to you upon your confirmation of payment.

2. Tracking your order:
In order to follow the initial progress of your order through our system, you can view its "Status" beside each order number in "My Orders". Once the package is sent, you will receive a tracking number. You can enter this number on the courier's homepage to track
the real-time shipping status of your order from initial shipment to arrival.

3. Availability of products:
Table linens in our on-line shop are in stock.  Some products may be subject to unforeseen production delays and therefore not be temporarily unavailable.
Any errors, typographical or photographic descriptive are subject to correction. Color references come close to reality but can match perfectly. Nordlinen (Zarinatrade) declines any responsibility regarding possible discrepancies in color.


4.Return policy
We want you to enjoy your products from The Nordlinen shop. If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 10 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our decision,
a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

10 working days of receipt of the goods by the customer. We can not accept returns of customized sizes products.

Making Returns
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
Returns are not accepted at the expense of the recipient.
The shipping and any customs fees and duties are not subject to refund.
In case of return, please send the products in their original packaging with their labels, accompanied by the packing slip, to the following address:

When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
Reimbursement of the cost of the product you will arrive with the same method of payment you used to purchase within 30 days from the date of our receipt of the returned item.
