We want you to enjoy your products from Nordlinen shop. If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 10 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our decision, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
The return must be announced by a notice in writing by the customer in the form of a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt e-mail sent to email@example.com Such notice must be received by Nordlinen within 10 working days of receipt of the goods by the customer. We can not accept returns of customized sizes products.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
Returns are not accepted at the expense of the recipient.
The shipping and any customs fees and duties are not subject to refund.

When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
Reimbursement of the cost of the product you will arrive with the same method of payment you used to purchase within 30 days from the date of our receipt of the returned item.
